accountants: stop chasing documents.

Chasing signatures, receipts and missing paperwork eats your billable hours. We build AI agents that chase, onboard and answer routine client questions for Australian accounting and bookkeeping firms.

your most expensive people are doing admin.

The work is not the problem. The chasing is. Waiting on a signature, waiting on a receipt, waiting on the one document that holds up the whole return. Qualified people spending hours writing "just following up on this" instead of doing the work clients actually pay for, and it all lands at once at the same times every year.

the bottleneck

is never the accounting

it is waiting

on the client

the jobs
nobody gets to.

01

document chasing, handled

The system knows what is outstanding for each client and chases it on a sensible schedule, politely, until it arrives. Escalates to you only when it genuinely needs you.

02

client onboarding that runs itself

Engagement letter, ID verification prompts, software access, the document checklist. New clients get a professional start without a partner driving it manually.

03

deadline reminders that land

BAS, tax time, super, whatever your calendar demands. Reminders go out early enough to matter, with exactly what that client needs to provide.

04

routine questions answered

Where is my refund, what can I claim, have you got my statements yet. Answered instantly from your own knowledge base, escalated when it is genuinely advice.

05

your inbox triaged

Client mail sorted, urgent things surfaced, routine things handled or filed. You open your inbox to what needs your judgement, not to 90 unread.

06

invoices and fees chased

Fees followed up automatically and professionally, which is the conversation most firms are worst at having.

if a task has steps, we can automate it.

fair questions.

Is this compliant for a regulated profession?

We build for it. Work stays in systems you control, access is limited, and anything that could be construed as advice routes to a qualified human rather than being answered by a machine. We agree the boundaries with you in writing before building.

What about client confidentiality?

It is covered in our terms and taken seriously. We access the minimum required, credentials are revoked at the end of an engagement, and we never use client data for anything but your work. Read our privacy policy for the detail.

Will it give clients tax advice?

No, and we design it so it cannot. It answers process and status questions. Anything touching advice goes to you with the context attached.

Does it work with our practice software?

Usually. Most practice and ledger platforms have an API or an integration path. If yours is unusual, that is a normal conversation, not a dealbreaker.

let’s map your business.

Book a call and we will walk through how your business actually runs, from first enquiry to final invoice, and show you exactly which parts an agent can take over. We build it and run it on our servers. You do not touch a tool.
